Salon de Ning is one of the best roof top bar in Manhattan. From the lobby of the Peninsula hotel, take the elevators to the right up to the roof top, where it will open up to the Salon De Ning. It offers a fabulous view on the 5th ave. in a cosy ambiance where "East meets West". Amazing and orignial cocktails (don't hesitate on the Ning Sling cocktail... Unaneem users approved !!!) The prices:  around $24 for a cocktail but the view is so gorgeous that you will forget your bill :) And no dresscode required (you can come with your jeans and your slippers...).
